[Botan-devel] Makefile generation script

I just want to have a quick check at how many people feel the makefile
generation (using the Perl script) can be improved. I find myself having
multiple builds of Botan (release/debug/opts/etc) running on my computer,
and the makefile does not cater to that. If people generally think that the
makefile can be improved, I'll work with Jack to see it generated better
(perhaps suggesting improvements to the makefile, or even dig my hands into
the Perl code).
