[Botan-devel] Botan with VS .NET 2003

Yes, it goes past FIPS140::passes_self_tests(). The
whole Botan::LibraryInitializer object now constructs
successfully.
The following line of hash.cpp fails:

if(!Botan::have_hash(hash))

because there aren't any elements in the
engines-vector.
