[Botan-devel] Botan 1.6.3 pre1 (Attn Visual Studio users with build/link problems)

I haven't had time to do a proper release but I know there are at
least a couple of people who are blocked on the current Visual Studio
bugs in the memory allocators, so I'm pushing a snapshot with changes
that should fix that problem. If interested folk (particularly Visual
Studio users) could test this release (both the selftests and their
applications), I would appreciate it.
