[Botan-devel] Botan 1.6.3 pre1 (Attn Visual Studio users with build/link problems)

Oh, damn. For non x86/x86-64 users, this snapshot is slightly
broken. If there are any of you still out there, edit checks/clock.cpp
and change

#define USE_RDTSC         1

to 0 and set one of the other clock methods. A minor thing but it will
prevent the selftests from building.
