Hi,

I'm having trouble getting botan 1.9.7 to compile on CentOS 5 (GCC
4.1). This is the error I'm getting :

+ make 'CXX=g++ -O2 -g -pipe -Wall -Wp,-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2
-fexceptions -fstack-protector --param=ssp-buffer-size=4 -m64
-mtune=generic'
g++ -O2 -g -pipe -Wall -Wp,-D_FORTIFY_SOURCE=2 -fexceptions
-fstack-protector --param=ssp-buffer-size=4 -m64 -mtune=generic
-Ibuild/include -O3 -finline-functions  -D_REENTRANT -ansi
-Wno-long-long -Werror -Wextra -Wall -Wstrict-aliasing -Wcast-align
-Wno-unused-parameter -Wpointer-arith -Wcast-qual -fPIC
-fvisibility=hidden -c src/algo_factory/algo_factory.cpp -o
build/lib/algo_factory.o

:
build/include/botan/build.h:46:30:

error:
missing whitespace after the macro name
make:
*** [build/lib/algo_factory.o] Error 1

I've also tried this on my laptop running Fedora 11 (GCC 4.4) but I'm
getting the same error.

Any ideas ?

Thanks,
Tim

Hoping the problem magically goes away by ignoring it is the
"microsoft approach to programming" and should never be allowed.
