[botan-devel] Encrypt with private key, decrypt with public key

You cannot encrypt with the private key. You sign with the private key, and people can verify your signature through the corresponding public key. 

Others can encrypt data with YOUR public key and as soon as you get the data you can decrypt with the corresponding private key.
