[cryptography] OTR algos for multi-user chat

Hey so a while back I asked about the authenticating in an anonymous
channel by binding a Q&A to the channel params.

What I was really getting @ is how OTR does it.

Also, someone mentioned that the OTR algos have been expanded in
research to accomodate multi-user.

Anyone got links?

Might be a fun project to implement.
