[cryptography] Can we move to a forum, please?

Actually, let me clarify that a bit:

I'm also, as the title of this email suggests, making a proposal about this list in particular.

It would be interesting, actually, to see whether the list's software could be automatically integrated with a forum like SMF.

I don't know how edits would be handled though.
